Topic: "Providing meaningful learning opportunities to out-of-school children"

*According to UNESCO 2010, 96% of children in Pakistan are not receiving education.
In other countries with low child-education the common factor is the lack of skilled teachers.
Can you offer a solution to increase quality and quantity of education?
*In a study of 433 children with disabilities, aged 5-19, not attending school, it was revealed that structural and attitudinal changes were needed to accommodate children with special needs. Which structural and attitudinal changes can you recommend to increase the education of disabled and marginalized children?
*A broken education system can have detrimental impacts by afflicting the psyche of the youth.
A significant factor which prevents out of school youth from attending school is fear.
Please offer a remedy to make education more welcoming.
*How can a least developed country make schools more accessible for out of reach children.
*In least developed countries only 30% of schools have electricity. What can be done to give
basic necessities to all schools?

*World Peace is one of the primary aim of the United Nations. Refugees are people fleeing from war and therefore a global responsibility. It is every country’s responsibility to support refugees at government level. Should a global fund at the United Nations be set up to support refugees with fast response for the countries receiving refugees?
*In the present crisis, basic rights have not always been met. While there have been some advances in the form of migrant-friendly hospitals, health systems overall are not sufficiently responsive to refugees. What can be done to promote the basic right to health for refugees?
*What can be done to improve the governance mechanisms to ensure the youth of refugees have access to education?
*What practices and policy can be implemented so there is a life after refugee status? A population integrated instead of outcasted by schemas.
